Shipping policy

Shipping policy:

Orders are packed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). This is a general shipping timeline, occasional exceptions may be made during peak times. Tracking information will be emailed once an order is shipped. 

All print on demand items will be shipped separately. Estimated timelines are typically 5-10 business days. A separate tracking number will be emailed once Print on Demand order ships. 

International shipment delivery timelines may vary. Cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe due to custom delays. A typical average timeline is 6-10 business days from shipment date.  International shipments are limited to Canada currently.

 

Questions or Order issues:

Once an order has been placed and confirmed we are unable to make changes or modifications. We are happy to accept returns on order in their original condition: unworn, unwashed in their original packaging within 30 days of receipts. Print on Demand items are not eligible for return. See return policy for more details.
